Exhibitor Invitation

Please join MHA for the 3rd Annual Conference April 4, 6-7, 2020 at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge.

There will be two locations for Tabletop Exhibits – Ringing the Ballroom and in the Outside Corridor. The Ballroom will be used for General Sessions and possibly some breakout sessions. The outside corridor will be used for coffee and possibly lunch service line. Attendees will use the corridor to access breakout sessions. Exhibitors are invited to choose their preferred locations. Space is limited in both venues and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit registration will include one skirted table and two chairs. Registration cost is $450 per tabletop. By popular demand, we have included 2 days for tabletop displays.
